We accept returns within 30 days for whole units (e.g., key tassels, tiebacks, value packs, put-ups). Custom cut yardage (sold By the Yard) is not returnable, as it is cut to a custom size. Note: All returns can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Click here to view our full Shipping and Returns policy.

Please note that Free Domestic Shipping applies only to online orders of $65 or more. Orders placed via email, phone, fax, or through a sales representative are not eligible for free domestic shipping unless the order value exceeds $500.

No. This is called "Cut Yardage."

Quantities ordered are shipped in one continuous piece.

Example:

• 7 yards ordered = one 7-yard piece
• 3 yards ordered = one 3-yard piece

Maximum length depends on the bolt size.

Example: If the item is packed on a 27-yard bolt, 27 yards is the longest continuous piece available.

Yes! Swatches/Samples are available for trims sold by the yard. The first 4 swatches are free, including shipping. For more than 4, there is a charge of $2 per additional swatch. Please note: for larger sample requests, a handling fee of $25 may apply.

Complimentary swatches ship via standard letter mail and are not trackable. If your swatch request is time-sensitive and requires tracking or expedited service, please let us know.
